Savory Breakfast Bowl with Sautéed Greens

Recommended Butter: Lemon Basil Bliss

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 2 cups baby spinach

  • 1 tbsp Spread & Soul Lemon Basil Bliss Butter

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 fried or poached egg (optional)

  • Salt, pepper, and lemon zest to taste

Steps:

  1. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté spinach until wilted.

  2. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook 2–3 minutes.

  3. Assemble bowl with quinoa, sautéed veggies, avocado, and egg.

  4. Top with an extra pat of butter, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
