Buttery Roasted Rainbow Carrots

Recommended Butter: Roasted Garlic & Herb

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb rainbow carrots, peeled

  • 2 tbsp Spread & Soul Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Sea salt & cracked black pepper

  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Toss carrots in melted butter, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once.

  4. Finish with a spoonful of butter and fresh parsley before serving.
