Buttery Roasted Rainbow Carrots
Recommended Butter: Roasted Garlic & Herb
Ingredients:
1 lb rainbow carrots, peeled
2 tbsp Spread & Soul Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
Sea salt & cracked black pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Steps:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss carrots in melted butter, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once.
Finish with a spoonful of butter and fresh parsley before serving.
